Manage your Wenmar Pro subscription, billing information, and account settings.
Subscription Plans
Wenmar Pro offers tiered plans designed for shops of different sizes. All plans include core work order management, customer database, and messaging features.

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing cycle will be prorated.
Downgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancel Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll to Cancel Subscription
- Follow the confirmation steps
⚠️ Important
Cancelling stops future billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Billing Information
Update Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment Method
- Add or update your credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
View Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Invoice History
- Download PDFs of past invoices
Invoices are generated monthly and emailed to the account owner.
Change Billing Address
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Edit Business Information
- Update your billing address
Payment Issues
Failed Payment
If your payment fails:
- Check your card hasn't expired
- Verify sufficient funds
- Try a different payment method
- Contact your bank if issues persist
We'll retry the payment 3 times over 7 days. After that, your account may be suspended.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact help@wenmarpro.com with:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund
- Billing period in question
Account Ownership
Transfer Ownership
To transfer account ownership:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the new owner
- Click Make Owner
- Confirm the transfer
⚠️ Important
The previous owner becomes an Admin after transfer. This action cannot be undone without the new owner's cooperation.
Close Your Account
To permanently close your account:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Type your account name to confirm
🔴 Permanent Action
Deleting your account permanently removes all data including work orders, customers, and billing history. This cannot be undone.
Tax Information
Canadian Shops
- All prices are in CAD
- GST/HST is applied based on your province
- Tax ID can be added in Settings → Account → Business Information
US Shops
- Prices are in USD
- State sales tax applies where required
- Resale certificates can be uploaded in Settings → Billing
Annual Billing Discount
Save 20% by switching to annual billing:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Toggle Annual Billing
- Confirm the change
Your next invoice will reflect the annual rate.
