Welcome to Wenmar Pro! This guide will help you get up and running quickly so you can start managing your shop more efficiently.

Follow these steps to get started:

What's Wenmar Pro?

Wenmar Pro is a modern shop management system built specifically for Canadian auto repair shops. It helps you:

  • Track work orders from check-in to completion with the Job Board
  • Manage customers and their complete vehicle history
  • Assign technicians and monitor job progress in real-time
  • Send estimates via SMS/email and get customer approvals
  • Handle payments with integrated payment processing
  • Communicate with customers through built-in messaging
  • Search everything with Global Search (Ctrl+J)

Who This Is For

Wenmar Pro supports five user roles:

  • Admin - Full account access, billing, team management
  • Manager - Shop operations, reports, team oversight
  • Service Advisor - Customer intake, estimates, work orders
  • Technician - Job assignments, time tracking, inspections
  • Accountant - Financial reports, billing, statements

The Job Board

Your central command center. The Job Board shows all active work orders organized by status:

Checked In → Inspecting → Awaiting Auth → In Progress → Completed → Invoiced

Each column represents a stage in the repair workflow. Drag cards to update status, click to view details.

Press Ctrl+J (or Cmd+J on Mac) from anywhere to open Global Search. Search by:

  • Customer name or phone
  • VIN or license plate
  • Work order number
  • Vehicle details
